Residential automated gate and fencing project Spring Lake, NJ
We recently completed a project in Spring Lake, NJ, where the customer requested enhanced property security through the installation of fencing and an automated gate.
To ensure safety and compliance, we utilized proper pool codes for all fencing, including the walk-through gates and latches. For the automated system, we installed a LiftMaster LA500, a reliable gate operator for residential applications. This system includes an integrated battery backup to ensure operation during power failures, as well as a lockable manual release on the gate arms.
